String of fishhooks - Houseplant

This succulent string appears blue in the right lighting and grows insanely fast and long when placed at a window. It continuously grows down to floor and I keep having to chop it. Doesn't like too much water as I honestly just forget about this guy and water him every once in a few weeks when I remember.
